Responsibilities:
The Network Analyst Senior is an information technology professional who with minimal supervision, designs, implements, and troubleshoots computer networks. These include Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN/Wi-Fi), Internet, and Cloud Computing Networks. Regularly performs system administration tasks, and will concentrate on network related duties such as network architecture and design, recommending purchase of equipment for new sites, troubleshooting outages and/or performance issues, and developing Wiki documentation of sites and diagrams. Determines the needs as the network grows and plan out infrastructure and equipment requirements as well as Data Center facility needs. Performs in-depth analysis of network problems and recommends equipment repairs or replacement. Serves as a mentor for the Network Analyst-Intermediate. This role must have the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written. The ability to work in a team environment with analysts, management, vendors and customers is also required.
