  Electra is committed to operating a safe, reliable electricity network while supporting the growth and decarbonisation of our communities. We are seeking a dynamic Network Asset Manager to lead our asset management initiatives, a strong people leader, and someone to drive continuous improvement within this area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in asset management.
• Significant experience within utilities or infrastructure, preferably in electricity distribution.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in investment modelling and regulatory reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and oversee the annual Asset Management Plan (AMP).
• Lead asset replacement and renewal projects and programme delivery.
• Strategic development of asset management and investment planning.
• Management of assets through risk and condition-based modelling and fleet plans.
• Provide effective leadership to your team.
• Building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
