REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience in network support, preferably within a network operations or control center environment
• Expertise in troubleshooting network outages and system issues
• Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, and incident triaging
• Familiarity with Building Maintenance Systems (BMS) and Power System Monitoring

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated Network Control Center Technician to join our client’s team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will provide critical support for network-related issues, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving trouble tickets, triaging network incidents, and escalating issues as necessary within a 24/7 operations environment. Strong customer service skills and effective collaboration with internal teams are essential.
