Description:

NETWORK COORDINATOR

  • Fixed term position to 30 June 2025, Part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Service operates Monday to Friday, 8,00am to 5.00pm
  • Counties Manukau region, Auckland
  • Pay Equity: $25.00ph - $30.00ph (Service falls under Pay Equity. Pay is determined by qualification and equivalence to the National Certificate of Health and Wellbeing L4)

Responsibilities:

To support the Senior Network Coordinator through service delivery and collaboration with other DRIVE staff. To role model recovery for DRIVE’s network.
To ensure delivery of quality services through the network to people of Counties Manukau DHB, in line with contracted outcomes, specifications, policy, procedure and philosophical guidelines.
To support and participate in achieving the identified projects, goals and objectives for the delivery of the Consumer Networks strategic plan and operations.

  • Qualification equivalent to the Level 4 National Certificate in Health & Wellbeing.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment and from a multicultural perspective.
  • Be professional and have good boundaries and ethics.
  • Have your own lived experience of recovery and a current wellness plan
  • Have completed a WRAP and PET Training
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
  • Have a passion for walking along side those in need, supporting on-going goals on the pathway to recovery.
