We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Digital & Technology Services Division. Supported by a team of multiple resources the Network Engineer will manage, and monitor AV’s wired, wireless and cloud network infrastructure, including IP Telephony platforms.
This is a full time, permanent position based at our Blackburn North Business Centre. While WFH/Hybrid working options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence in Blackburn North.
About the role

Reporting to the Network Engineer Team Leader, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and enhance IT network operations providing a stable and secure service to AV business requirements
  • Assist in the design and management of systems to proactively monitor networking capacity, availability, and feature enhancement
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational excellence, optimise operational costs through simplified, documented, and repeatable processes and use, of new/emerging technologies
  • Build and maintain working relationships with Telecommunications (data) and internet service providers, Hardware & Software Service providers
