SKILLS:

• Familiar with Aruba and Cisco networking systemsRelevant hands-on past project implementation, devices, and systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in the similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocolCCNP / CCNA certification will be added advantage

• Implement enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco products and solutions.
• Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, as well as other products including Fortinet Firewalls, Riverbed solutions, and TrendMicro products.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Handle problem-solving, service contracts, change management, and maintenance activities.Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, processes, and service records.
