ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an expert Network Specialist with demonstrated ability to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in load balancing cloud networks switching and routing and wireless technologies. This role will involve handling and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure flawless connectivity and performance
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and optimize load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of network services.
- Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of cloud networks specifically using Cisco ASR Routers, Cisco SDWAN, Nexus to support scalable and secure network operations.
- Provide expert-level support for switching and routing configurations ensuring efficient data flow and network performance.
- Implement and lead wireless network solutions to provide robust and secure wireless connectivity across the organization.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient network health.
- Configuring, troubleshooting PaloAlto firewalls
- Configure & Manage Bluecat DNS
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement required changes.
- Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and performance.
- Deliver training and support to junior network engineers and other IT staff on network-related topics.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must have 7-10 years of experience in load balancing cloud networks switching and routing and wireless technologies.
- Possess a solid grasp of load balancing techniques and technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in cloud networks particularly with Cisco Meraki.
- Have extensive experience in switching and routing with a focus on Cisco technologies.
- Show proficiency in implementing and handling wireless networks.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot sophisticated network issues.
