Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiar with Aruba and Cisco networking systems
- Relevant hands-on past project implementation, devices, and systems
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in the similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and implement enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco products and solutions.
- Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and additional products such as Fortinet Firewall, Riverbed, and TrendMicro.
- Provide technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales scenarios.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.
- Oversee problem-solving, service contract management, change management, and maintenance management tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and service records.
