Description:
(12-hour Onsite Shift)
Location: Tanjong Pagar Complex, Tuas
Responsibilities:
Network Monitoring and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor the organization’s network infrastructure.
Utilize various monitoring tools to track performance and identify anomalies.
Incident Detection and Response:
Perform network triage immediately upon notification of disruptions.
Follow predefined protocols and SLA to mitigate impact and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Investigate root causes and resolve problems promptly.
Escalate to Level 2 support if troubleshooting is inconclusive.
Alerting and Escalation:
Set up alerting systems for network anomalies.
Log support tickets and follow-up for resolution with vendors.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation for effective network management.
Record network diagrams, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure transparent communication and efficient incident management.
Security Monitoring:
Monitor network security and identify potential threats.
Assist in responding to and mitigating security threats.
