Description:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement device configurations across components, considering customer design specifics and aiming for zero outage.
- Oversee the handover of the technical design & the customized technical guidelines & procedures to operations.
- Conduct regular configuration audits and perform maintenance, aligning parameters with engineering standards, customer requirements, and protocols.
- Collaborate actively with project teams during transition activities and with Service Management teams (CSM, Service Desk, etc.) during the operational phase.
- Provide Level 3 support as part of the Incident Management process, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the customer solution.
- Investigating and resolving underlying causes of-related problems. Provide expert advice on root cause analysis.
- Responsible for customer changes during operational phase.
- Identifying areas for improvement in services, proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security
