Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimally CCNA certified, CCNP certification will be preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, mature, independent, & keen to learn
- A diploma in IT with at least 3 years of relevant working experience & certifications
- Able to work after hours when required & perform standby duties for support
- Travel between remote sites on ad hoc basis
- Experienced in On-prem & Cloud environment, IP Telephony
- Proficient with network management systems, network protocol analyzers, packet sniffer tools, AAA architecture protocols, key network protocols (OSI & TCPIP models, routing, switching, STP), Multicast technology, VLAN, APN, VPN, & IEEE standards for wired & wireless network
- Good understanding about network convergence, IP & non-IP networking, network virtualization
- Hands on device management, multi-tier Firewall policies, NAC policies, WAF, syslog, proxy servers, ACL, NAT, blacklisting, whitelisting

- Annual network budgeting
- Assessing the network requirements for the organization
- Asset inventory & version control management
- Audit compliance & Risk management
- Business continuity and Disaster recovery
- Capacity planning & reporting
- Change management, change configuration, patch management, & upgrades
- Configuration backup & recovery
- Documentation & knowledge transfer between the team
- Define scope of work (SOW) for vendor engagements & manage maintenance contracts
- Fault reporting & troubleshooting
- Install, configure, test, & maintain the network infrastructure
- Network policies & security controls
- Network performance monitoring & reporting
- Network projects, RFI, RFQ, RFP
- Password management
- Perform the day-to-day regional networking operations administration & support
- Proactive monitoring, alert notifications, & network operations checklist
- Product life cycle & tech refresh
- Structured cabling system
- Subject matter expert for network infrastructure
- Working with different teams to complete assigned tasks
