Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches
  • 2+ years of experience of networking protocols, technologies, and security principles
  • 2+ years of experience with global telecom services and provider

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification
  • 1+ year of experience in Python
  • Microsoft AZ-900 certification
  • Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) expertise
  • Working knowledge of enterprise wireless technologie

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Network Engineer to join our Technology organization and be part of our Chief Technology Office (CTO) team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.
You will make an impact by answering calls and responding to tickets, creating and executing change requests, troubleshooting ATM connectivity, and scheduling vendors for work that involves ATMs, cameras, printers and access points.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the support and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Provide technical support to end users regarding hardware and application issues
  • Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems
  • Integrate, maintain, and consolidate network services including but not limited to switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks and network security
  • Develop and follow best practices and operational procedures
  • Maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures, including change management and ticket updates
  • Utilize security and regulatory policies to design and implement foolproof secured network solutions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Job Expectations:

  • Working shift - 8 hours worked on Sunday and Wednesday and 12 hours worked on Monday and Tuesday or 8 hours worked on Wednesday and Saturday and 12 hours worked on Thursday and Friday

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
