The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Scout, identify and review properties according to SPX relocation/expansion requirements
• Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers
• Handover inspection and key collection for renovation
• Present potential property for approval to enter in tenancy and site visits arrangement
• Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiation of terms and conditions with landlords/agents
• Negotiate with landlords/agents on existing lease for renewal
• Liaison with landlords/agents on key handover facilities improvement/repairs required
• Compile documents for business license application, utility account opening and vendor registration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
• Candidates currently based in Kota Kinabalu are encouraged to apply
• Min. 1-3 years of working experience in the Real Estate/Leasing, or any equivalent field
• Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)
• Preferably have good understanding of tenancy agreements leasing contract
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and adaptable to changes
• Has own transportation and willing to travel outstation if required
• Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
