We provide innovative IT infrastructure services for companies in the international Generali Group. Our core competencies are the development of customer-oriented solutions as well as the stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure services, i.e. servers, networks, telephony/call centers, workplace environments and mobile solutions. Welcome to Generali Operation Service Platform S.r.l. Branch Office Austria.
Together with an international team you are in charge of network solutions. You are responsible of design, deployment, automation and operation of our network services

What challenges can you expect?

• Full technological responsibility (operations, 2nd level support and lifecycle management) of the network environment
• Processing of incoming service requests
• Participation in the change, incident management and problem management process
• Maintenance and further development of operational documentation

Which skills do we expect?

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering ideally in Communication Systems and Networks or equivalent vocational training.
• Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Networking
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (aka DNA-Center), Cisco WiFi-Techology, Cisco ISE, Cisco Meraki, and basic network monitoring knowledge.
• Level B2 in English and German (spoken and written).
• Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
• High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Team spirit and willingness to travel on business

Salary
At least 64.603,20 € gross per year for 38,5 hours per week. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards - we agree on your actual salary depending on your education and experience
