EXPERIENCE

Experience in creating graphical KPI reports: highlighting areas requiring attention and areas that perform well, as well as putting different metrics into relation to explain trends and reason on KPI evolution.
Experience in coordinating, convincing & influencing third parties to achieve goals & prioritise Goodyear.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensure larger TPMS contracts are implemented on time & in-full, by assisting Solutions Specialists in planning & tracking.
French TPMS service provider follow-up: Ensure installations VS target & timely contract execution.
Ensure consistent, timely and accurate team performance reporting.
Assist Network Managers & Solutions Specialists to successfully improve their KPIs with reporting, & data interpretation.
Ensure Fleet Service Technicians optimise their work schedule & our bottom line by providing reporting on work to do and tasks to be performed.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow-up with French service providers via phone & mail: establish monthly & weekly installation plan. Track commitment VS actuals. Funnel operational issues to service desk. Summarise customer issues to network managers.
Create reporting for Fleet Mobility Network Operations team to enable management of our KPIs (TPMS, TruckForce tools, SL24, mileage, audits).
Create reporting for Fleet Service team to enable efficient usage of labour, material & time (reporting on future tyre fitments, technicians tasks, part worn tyre stock usage & casing returns).
Assist Network & Service managers in interpreting the data & preparing custom views for them to drive improvements & track effectiveness of corrective actions.
Support the network solutions specialists, by tracking progress of select TPMS contracts: Installed VS Planned, Material shipped VS consumed.
