Description:
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of telecommunications and telemetry infrastructure on a national scale.
- Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents.
- Manage service requests, including ticket management until closure.
- Support field technicians for access, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Continuously develop operational processes (ITIL) and documentation.
- Participate in projects as a representative of operations (NOC).
- Communicate and escalate appropriately at different levels in case of incidents and issues.
- Participate in on-call duties 24/7.
