Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organisation’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools and take appropriate actions to maintain the reliability, performance and security of the network.
  • Create and maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
  • Identify, analyse and resolve network incidents, minimising downtime and service disruption.
  • Document issues, solutions, and root cause analyses for future reference.
