Role: Network Security Consultant
Location: Luxembourg
Type: Hybrid (3 day per week on-site)
Languages: fluency in English (C1 minimum)

Must have Technical and Soft Skills:

• A Bachelor and/or Master degree in the following fields: Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, or equivalent
• 3 -5 years experience working with network security
• Skilled in deploying and managing firewalls including Cisco ASA, FortiGate, and Checkpoint.
• Experienced in configuring policies, setting up VPNs (IPSec, SSL), optimizing firewall rules, implementing DDoS protection, handling SSL/TLS encryption, and managing network segmentation.
• Proficiency in protection against web applications threats by configuring and managing WAF solutions (e.g., AWS WAF, F5 ASM, Cloudflare)
• Experienced in administering proxy servers and implementing content filtering solutions to uphold web security policies and protect against web-based threats
• Candidates must be in Europe already and have EU nationality or work permit visa to work in Luxemboug

Preferable Skills:

• Skilled in AWS VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53, and hybrid cloud networking solutions. Knowledgeable in AWS security services and network monitoring tools. AWS Elastic Load Balancing.
• Familiar in using automation frameworks such as Ansible and Python scripting to streamline network configuration and monitoring processes.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or Cisco Certified Network Professional
• Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) or similar certifications
