Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in network implementation and support
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification
- WAN & LAN Administration
- Router Configuration (High Availability)
- Firewall Technology (High Availability, Virtual Firewall)
- Network Load Balancer
- Proxy Technology (Secure Web Gateway)
- Core & Distribution Switches
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical solution design, proposal write-up, compliance in response to RFQs and Tenders
- Deliver product or solution demonstrations or presentations to customers
- Manage smooth delivery of operations in accordance with stipulated service level agreements
- Perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the service level agreements are met
- Provide direction, information and recommendations on network and cybersecurity configurations and installations
