YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Engineering or Economics, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related field2-3 years Supply Chain/Logistics experience
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in project management and comfortable in leading cross functional teams with no direct reporting lines
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, thorough Excel skills
- ERP system experience is an advantage, SAP APO is an advantage
- Fluent English skills, any other European language is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Plan the replenishment into all warehouses across Europe of finished and intermediate goods of a specific technology manufactured at our Third Party vendors
- Maintain strong working relationships with the vendors and Henkel production plants in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
- Cooperate closely with other departments such as Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and
- Packaging and support the implementation of regional projects
- Shortage management: Proactively report and manage product availability issues and supply bottlenecks
- Manage the inventory to an optimum level ensuring high end customer service level and no slow moving materials
- Continuously optimize processes and material flow of the portfolio of responsibility to drive supply chain efficiency
