Job Description:

• Involve in the project planning, installation, implementation, configuration, testing, hardening, documentation and customer interfacing till maintenance phase
• Setup testing, staging and production environment for project team
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks infrastructure
• Ensure that all network is secured, and security policy are in place
• Investigating faults in the network
• Ensure network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• To provide system advice and support for company developer across different countries
• Able to work well in a multi-vendor environment to ensure implementation goes in accordance to schedule / plan
• Good team player and ability to work independently
• Provide support to pre-sales team during engagement phase eg. Site visits
• Client management and post-implementation support

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and under pressure / tight schedule
• Professional certifications (MCSE, CCNA etc) are highly advantageous
• Basic understanding of SCOM and able to setup after training
• Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, IP networking, installation and configuration of

firewalls, switches and routers

• Able to setup/configure Active Directory and Windows 2016/2022 Domain controllers
• Solid understanding of Client/Server and Internet Technologies
• Strong knowledge of Core Infrastructure Services AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, MySQL or MS SQL Server
• Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks for an organisation to ensure maximum uptime for users
• Able to perform system configurations with documentation, system upgrading and managing the installation of a new network with maintenance
• Experience in AWS or Azure cloud deployments preferred
• Experience in Docker or EKS deployment preferred

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate in Computer Engineering/Network or equivalent.
