NET ZERO PLATFORM PROGRAM LEAD

The consulting and energy solutions business contributes to the success of Mitie’s igniting growth strategy. Mitie is the largest facilities management company in the UK, leading transformation of half a billion square feet of commercial premises in their path to net zero. Our business drives the key activities required to deliver on Mitie’s strategy to able our transition to become the leader in facilities transformation.
Emissions Intelligence is our new net zero as a service offering; it provides carbon, accounting, reduction as a managed service. Emissions Intelligence uses Salesforce Net Zero Cloud technology which is developed further by Mitie to meet our customer needs.
We are looking for a leader to build and grow our team and business dedicated to delivering Emissions Intelligence to our fast-growing client base. The team will be made of solution architects, project managers, data analysts, systems administrators, software developers and technical support resources. You will be responsible for relationships with clients, internal net zero consultants, data experts, software providers and our IT services partners that comprise our ecosystem for the delivery of Emissions Intelligence.
You will report to the Director Delivery and Operations in the Consulting and Energy Solutions business within Mitie.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in delivery of software enabled services or within professional services organisation of a software company, experience in Net Zero Cloud delivery is preferred
• Proven track record in program management; building, growing and leading high-performance teams, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Commercial acumen and exposure to cost centre and P&L management
• Ability to participate in service development process and guide solutioning workshop
