Responsibilities:

Would you feel excited about bringing value to patients affected by Rare Diseases and working with life-saving Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT)? Join Takeda as the Neuromuscular HCP Marketing Lead, at the Associate Director level, located in Cambridge, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and enhance Takeda’s presence in peripheral neuromuscular conditions to elevate the standard of care and change patients’ lives. Peripheral neuropathies result from damage to the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves). Symptoms are weakness, numbness and pain, usually in the hands and feet. These conditions are underdiagnosed, and in some cases, patients’ symptoms progress, causing serious imparity. Immunoglobulins represent the standard of care to treat some of these conditions. Takeda is the leader in MMN (Multifocal Motor Neuropathy) and recently expanded its presence with two brands in CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy). The right candidate will have the exciting opportunity to join the Team in a fast-paced early post-launch environment, shape the portfolio strategy, and contribute to the Team’s successes. This role will drive the execution of our branded and unbranded promotional strategy by implementing materials, activities, and tools for health care professionals. It will lead HCP Marketing activities and partner closely with the Sales Leadership Team to guarantee a disciplined execution of the strategy and identify new opportunities in the post-launch phase to further strengthen Takeda’s presence in the Neuromuscular space.
This role requires someone with good project management skills, attention to detail, and an agile response to change. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, willingness, and perseverance to go the extra mile for the success of the team and for patients.
