REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Psychologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required.

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo Neurology is seeking a neuropsychologist to perform neuropsychological testing evaluation interpretation services. The primary focus of this testing would be for the identification and differentiation of mild cognitive impairment, major neurocognitive disorders, and attention deficit disorder, as well as the identification and differentiation of mood, anxiety, and other psychiatric disturbances that may present with primarily memory complaints. We are seeking one FTE to perform these duties. Supervision of neuropsychological testing technicians may also be part of the scope of work. The ideal candidate would have a certification of PhD level in neuropsychology and all necessary. Indiana licensure. Experience and certifications and forensic neuropsychology would be a plus. Our office is located in Kokomo, Indiana and Howard county approximately 35 miles north of Indianapolis, Indiana.
