Neurosurgery First Assist Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

AdventHealth Kansas City, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to serve as a First Assist in surgeries, round on hospital pre and post-surgery patients, and follow-up clinic visits at our AdventHealth Shawnee Mission location located in the Kansas City Metro area.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

• Physician Assistant Degree OR Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Degree with First Assist Certification
• Neurosurgery First Assist Experience
• Up to 1 Year of Position-Related Experience
• Kansas Physician Assistant Certification/License
• BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
• ACLS obtained through the American Heart Association
