We our looking for a New and Used Car Business Manager to join our Craigavon dealership.
As a New and Used Car Business Manager you will maximize opportunities to provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers whilst assisting with the sales strategy and prepare reports as required. You’ll help the sales team maximize profitability on all product and service stock and provide financial support and guidance whilst overseeing all vehicle transactions. You’ll deliver exceptional product knowledge and communicate appropriately with customers whilst delivering the most positive customer experience possible.
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
To drive the standard in customer care and provide financial guidance and make the necessary arrangements for small businesses and private customer vehicle transactions. You’ll provide and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and help the dealership meet and exceed targets through the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Anticipate and identify customer needs, and meet and exceed them by relationship building and taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
- Be a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills and expertise to improve business performance and profit.
- Identify opportunities for reducing waste / inefficiency or improving quality.
- Maximize opportunities to provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers.
- Help the Sales team maximize profitability on all product and service stock.
- Provide a customer-focused approach to help as many people enjoy our clients experience
