Responsibilities:
ROLE VALUE PROPOSITION:
The New Business Account Executive will drive growth by onboarding new advisers and firms into the Individual Protection sales team and maintaining strong relationships with them during their first 3 months. The primary focus of the New Business Account Executive role is to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, helping them integrate into the business and maximise their sales potential. In addition, the New Business Account Executive role involves re-engaging with existing but non-selling accounts to unlock growth opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a growing team and make a significant impact on business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding New Clients: Alongside and with the guidance of the New Business Manager, act as the primary point of contact for new advisers and firms, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their first three months with the company.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new accounts during their early days to drive momentum, supporting their success through regular check-ins and providing necessary resources and guidance.
- Re-Engagement: Work with existing, non-selling accounts to identify opportunities for re-engagement and maximise their potential.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the New Business Manager and Head of Sales to ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and execution plans to drive growth and sales opportunities.
- Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on account progress, onboarding success, and key areas of improvement to management.
- Drive Momentum: Take ownership of driving momentum with new accounts, ensuring they remain engaged.
- Ensure effective risk management is taken into account in all day to day activities, in accordance with ME risk policies, and escalate any areas of concern to line manager and where appropriate Risk Management function.
