Description:
Our sales team focuses on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. You will help many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones using our bottom-up enterprise sales model. We act as the key voice of the customer to the product team and help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
The New Business Team focuses on prospects and customers early in their journey with Asana. You will engage and onboard customers early in their journey, increasing adoption, engagement, and identifying opportunities for expansion through ‘at scale’ sales motions.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. ABOUT YOU
- +1 years of closing experience in a high velocity sales motion, with a track record of success
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language would be highly preferred
- Can work in a high velocity sales environment - weekly, monthly, quarterly targets
- Ability to build territory and account plans, with strong outbound prospecting experience
- Familiar with Sales Tools - Salesforce, Outreach, Clar. Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and confidently close deals
- Highly motivated and driven, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of success and continuously seeking new opportunities for growth
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong sales acumen and adaptability to drive results
