KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting strategic relationships
• Successful track record of increasing revenue, profits and growth within a regulated environment
• Strong determined communicator and negotiator with experience of corporate level/board level selling, persuasion and negotiation.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
• Track record of ‘treating customers fairly’ and delivering compliant sales within a regulatory environment is key
• Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
• Effective time management skills and a clear ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with customers and colleagues building compliance, authenticity and trust.
