Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring prompt and accurate set-up, completion and issuance of policies by liaising with financial advisors, district offices, customers and external service providers.
  • Providing efficient and accurate new business processing and service
  • Regularly following up all pending business with customers/advisers, with a high focus on large propositions
  • Developing and clearly communicating appropriate responses. Ensure customer understands response and that they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Ensuring that you effectively contribute to the success and smooth operation of the Key Relationships and New Business Team
