New Business Development Director: Influencer Marketing

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We seek an exceptional Business Development Director to fortify and expand our Business Development (BD) department.
The BD department engages with brands and agencies across the Central European region, primarily focusing on delivering spectacular influencer marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-12 years of professional working experience.
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Polish
• A strong network of Marketing professionals on both the client and agency side in Poland/CEE
• Existing CRM knowledge (Pipedrive ideally, but any other CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot is also fine).
• Excellent organizational skills, work ethics, communication skills, and empathy.
• Patience and persistence.
• Nice to have: experience in working with companies from B2B sectors (media/advertising agencies, startups) or B2C influencers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay updated on social media and digital technology trends, utilizing insights to enhance proposals.
• Enhance sales materials, including sales decks, whitepapers, surveys, etc.
