You need to be comfortable giving weekly presentations and reports on the strategies you have employed. This is much more than an admin role, you will be the heartbeat of the companies drive forwards in 2025.
Responsibilities:
THE B.D ROLE
As our Business Development expert, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth.
- Research, Identify and win over new clients in various sectors. Utilizing all means of communication. Electronic, face to face and telephone.
- Work with a set format across multiple platforms designed to engage the client.
- Work with the Business Director’s in engaging companies to agree terms of business.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Push yourself beyond initial contacts and enjoy converting leads into partnerships.
- Be a creative and innovative individual who brings fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Assist with the processing of candidates to our database.
- Help candidate source when required.
- Assist in the processing of temp staff and assist with the payroll.
- Create Job adverts that are appealing for the reader.
