Our unique & lean membership model reduces unnecessary layers and costs by building bespoke teams made up of the right creative talent for the brief from our 500 experienced members (not from the bench), and then on-boarding the teams and managing every element of the delivery from kick-off to go live.
The Delivery and Client Services teams have over 20 years of experience running complex projects and are fully integrated into our project teams, guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional client outputs, on-time and to budget, every time.
Our services cover the full spectrum of strategic and creative solutions across company culture & purpose, customer experience optimisation, content strategy & production, campaign execution and community building & day to day social management.
In addition to the client projects we deliver, we create a number of thought-leadership publications, including The New Strategist and quarterly white papers.
We have built a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge work across multiple industries. As we enter a pivotal stage of growth, we are seeking a strategic, driven, and results-orientated New Business Director to drive our pipeline activity and accelerate our plans for future success.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone excited to join a start-up team, working in a new model and testing and learning all the time. Our ideal candidate will have:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in a new business development role within a creative agency, marketing firm, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and close deals efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in crafting compelling pitches and business proposals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to create effective business development materials.
  • Experience in organising and executing events (both in-person and virtual) to engage prospects.
  • Strong analytical skills to track pipeline metrics and report on performance.
  • High level of energy, ambition, and drive, with a focus on achieving results and contributing to the agency’s growth.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering top-tier client solutions.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The New Business Director will be responsible for leading all new business and pipeline development efforts. You will play a key role in generating new opportunities, driving potential clients through the sales funnel, and collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to create compelling new business materials and orchestrate strategic events. This role offers significant equity in the business, making you a key stakeholder in the agency’s success.
