DESCRIPTION

The Lockton Private Clients division is currently looking for an accomplished Administrator to join the team. Within the position you will provide pivotal support to the team in respect of client service.
Lockton Private Clients provide protection for assets and portfolios that merit a depth of understanding and experience. Each policy is designed for the client from scratch, with strategic and comprehensive solutions to manage the complexity of risk. In this role, you will offer valued support to the client, from new business clients through to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Producers/New Business Exec in the onboarding of new clients, and overall servicing of our client’s insurance policies and retention of the business.
  • Creation of client records on the broker data system, and processing of mid term adjustments and renewals
  • Preparation and issuance of client invoices for new business, renewals or adjustments
  • Creation of client documentation and quote / renewal packs in conjunction with the Account Executives / Account Managers
  • Assist with client queries over email and via phone
