We are currently seeking a New Business Intake Administrator to join our Vancouver team to support both Legal Support and Accounting departments.
This position is for a team player who is proactive with a strong work ethic, can handle a busy workload, and who has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong client service focus, the ability to multi-task, have solid analytical and organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. This position will manage file openings and perform various administrative duties according to business needs, providing flexibility to support both Legal Support and Accounting departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of the new business intake process and data entry;
  • Act as a liaison for File Opening team members across different locations to support and maintain quality standards;
  • Respond to queries regarding file openings and communicate information to all levels of staff;
  • Perform other administrative duties as required based on business needs;
  • Some overtime may be required during peak season.
