SPLENDID COMMUNICATIONS, AN EXCITING AND PASSIONATE PR COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY, IS LOOKING FOR A CAPABLE NEW-BUSINESS MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM.

With a client list that spans high-profile travel, tech, food, drink and retail consumer brands, the successful individual will have the opportunity to help grow the client list even further. We are looking for an experienced New-Business Marketing Manager to develop our new business collateral and outreach to deliver exciting leads.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Agency experience is key, as is having previously used HubSpot.
• Imaginative and ideas-driven, opportunistic and tenacious in pursuing opportunities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and hardworking ethic.
• Meticulously organised.
• Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines.
• Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, deadlines and priorities.
• Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
• Proven project management skills.
• Marketing degree or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent.

THE ROLE:

The role has 4 components which are critical to the agency attracting and pursuing new business opportunities:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide further administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure the Splendid Collective brand is properly represented to all Clients and suppliers.
• Manage the new business database on HubSpot – regularly updating it with new contacts and creating tasks for contact owners to perform.
• Regularly review the content on the website, ensuring key content / updates are uploaded in a timely manner and aligned to our content strategy.
• Create and maintain a list of live prospects and their status in a board report style for inclusion at monthly management meetings.
• Being commercially aware of budgets and costings where relevant.
• Driving internal engagement and promoting an inclusive and friendly culture.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations internally on what the agency should be looking at to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly changing marketplace.
