Description:
This is a lead generation role. You will be generating new EV charging and solar PV leads with commercial customers primarily in the Leinster area.
As this is a field-based role, you will be out and about seeking out new opportunities amongst business clients, large and small, private and public sector, that require EV Charging services and/or Solar PV for their premises.
Your calling card is the impressive list of satisfied household name customers that ePower already has combined with our reputation for being trustworthy and reliable partners.
Once you identify a potential client, you will find out who is the best person to talk to and you will contact that person.
Having introduced the potential customer to ePower and explained the services we offer, you will ask them about their needs. If your assessment is that this is a worthwhile opportunity and this new customer agrees, you will pass over the lead to a Commercial Sales Team who with the information you provide will design a solution for the client, provide them with pricing and ultimately close the sale.
It will be your responsibility to make sure that the top of our commercial sales funnel is always replenished with new high-quality leads.
You will keep our CRM system accurate and up to date at all times.
You will be an important member of the Commercial Sales Team and you will collaborate with the others on the team on an ongoing basis
As a fast growing company, there is plenty of room for personal development and career growth within ePower.
Whilst every week will be different, you can expect a pattern of three days on the road and two days performing preparation and follow-up work.
Your primary territory is Leinster. You will also have the opportunity from time to time to find and qualify leads in the Midlands, West and Northwest.
· You will be given leads targets to meet measured in terms of both lead quantity and lead quality measured via conversion rates.
· CRM Record Keeping is a key performance indicator for this role as it is for all members of the Commercial Sales team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
· 3 Years B2B Technical Product Sales is required
· A relevant Degree level qualification will be an advantage but not required
· EV and Solar Sales experience is desirable but not essential
· Excellent verbal communication
· Disciplined and capable of really good preparation and excellent follow-up
· Excellent at Technical Proposal writing, PowerPoint; Preparation and Presentation, Excel Financial Models, CRM
· Strong Interpersonal skills; can build rapport easily
· Demonstrate customer focus, composure and most of all, excellent listening skills
· Comfortable picking up the phone to strangers and meeting new people.
· Professional appearance and manner
· Demonstrate a proven ability to pickup, retain and communicate technical product knowledge
· Salary Range: €45k to €50k
· OTE Bonus: €4k Yr1 rising to €8k (uncapped) Yr2
· You will be provided with an ePower company EV, home charger, mobile phone and laptop
· You will receive the very best of technical training in the areas of EV Charging, Solar PV and Batteey Storage.
