Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a New Car Sales Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Writing complete orders and processing paperwork
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership.
- You must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience
- Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must.
- Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
