Our premier residential construction law firm is seeking a New Client Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience to individuals in Florida facing serious construction challenges they can’t resolve on their own. The firm is on track for aggressive growth, and this role is crucial in engaging new clients and setting the stage for their journey with us.
For the right candidate, there is strong potential for growth and advancement in our company. This position is 100% remote.

SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility, optimism, and empathy for individuals in stressful situations.
  • Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary.
  • Reliability and accountability in all tasks.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Consultative sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Technical proficiency, especially with Clio Grow and Microsoft Excel software, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

$20 - $30 per hour + incentivesResponsibilities:

  • Provide a client experience that reflects the firm’s professionalism and capabilities.
  • Handle all interactions with empathy and authority.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients to assess their fit with our firm.
  • Pre-sell qualified clients and facilitate seamless transitions to attorney consultations.
  • Meet monthly performance metrics for appointments scheduled with attorneys.
  • Manage monthly data and reporting.
  • Offer clerical support to the operations team as needed
