Our New Coworker Engagement Specialist coordinates all aspects of new hire programs to ensure a smooth and highly engaging onboarding experience. The specialist collaborates with stakeholders including education, recruitment, physician services, information technology and organizational leaders facilitate internal onboarding processes. The New Coworker Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the retention and success of new coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree - Required, OR
