As a Sales Agent at MonteVista Homes, you will work onsite in our sales center, welcoming potential buyers and guiding them through the home-buying process. This is a long-term position for an experienced salesperson or licensed real estate broker.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools.
• Self-motivated, driven by success, and eager to achieve high income.
• Excellent attitude and a desire to continuously improve and grow.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays to accommodate potential buyers’ schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Work onsite at our model homes in NE Oregon (Hermiston, Umatilla) or Central Oregon (Bend, Madras, and Redmond).
• Welcome and assist potential homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Present and sell our beautiful new homes to clients.
• Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our home designs, features, and communities.
• Utilize tech tools and CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competing homebuilders and market trends.
• Organize and host open houses, community events, and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers to generate referrals.
