POSITION – New Home Sales Associate

  • We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven New Home Sales Associate to join our sales team, working from our sales office and model homes in Blue Mountain. You will represent Georgian Communities’ premier residential developments, Windfall at Blue and Victoria Annex. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will play a key role in assisting potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering an unforgettable purchasing experience in these unique and scenic communities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a high-end residential market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for sales activity.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the Blue Mountain area and a keen interest in the lifestyle and community offered at Windfall at Blue and Victoria Annex are highly desirable.
  • Successful background and reference check.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective homebuyers who visit the sales office, answering questions and providing information about the Windfall at Blue and Victoria Annex communities.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and community amenities, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
  • Guide buyers through the home-buying process, from the initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community master plans, home designs, pricing, and available lots.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and construction teams to stay informed of inventory, new developments, and sales strategies.
  • Handle CRM data entry, follow-ups, and contract management to ensure timely and accurate sales documentation.
  • Attend community events to promote the developments and engage with potential buyers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and establish strong relationships with buyers to drive referrals and repeat business.
