Your Impact at Empire
The Sales Consultant is an enthusiastic and driven member of the team who is passionate about building relationships with potential buyers and facilitating the homebuying process from showing homes to handing over keys to new homeowners. You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and marketing skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role is located at one of Empire’s communities in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales leads and utilize our sales and lead management software
  • Ensure processing of purchase and sales agreements, amendments and change orders to all departments
  • Identify and build relationships with top real estate offices
  • Attend weekly neighborhood construction meetings with the on-site team
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings
  • Provide market data through competition studie
