Description:

Are you a highly skilled sales professional? Are you interested in representing a quality product that is more exciting and life changing than the latest trend? True Homes is experiencing RECORD BREAKING real estate sales volume and we are looking to add a dynamic Sales Associate to our team.

Please note that you will be required to work in any of our communities within the surrounding suburbs of Raleigh, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities:

  • Copper Ridge at Flowers Plantation - Clayton, NC
  • Nathan’s Ridge - Lillington, NC
  • Lake Royale - Youngsville, NC
  • Tanglewood - Angier, NC
  • Wendell Townhomes - Wendell, NC

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
  • 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment within a team-centered environment required
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
