OVERVIEW:

At Corporate Tools, we’re in search of a Sales Representative to joining our New Inquiry Sales team. You will play a consultative role, aligning our products with the unique needs of our potential customers. It’s important to note that this is not a traditional sales position, and there are no commission-based incentives. This department embodies our commitment to building loyalty through exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations, starting from our clients’ very first interaction to their final one. We’re seeking motivated individuals with a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best services for their needs. This is a remote role, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of an innovative and client-focused environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in a consultative sales role, ideally in a call center or remote environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience using CRM tools and remote work software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated skill in creative problem-solving and providing tailored solutions for clients.
  • A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience and building lasting client relationships.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and respond effectively to changing client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong ability to work independently and remain focused in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce and discuss our business services.
  • Understand client needs through active listening, present tailored solutions, and provide expert recommendations
  • Establish and maintain trust with clients by showing empathy and delivering a positive and engaging experience.
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel using the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
  • Stay updated on our range of services and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Address client hesitations with thoughtful and strategic responses, steering conversations toward favorable outcomes.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to improve processes and contribute to team success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
