Responsibilities:
- Review/Research Contact lists to determine alignment with the identified profile of member and convert to viable leads for development to valid opportunity.
- Work with marketing and individual resources to convert leads that align with the profile of a CBUSA Member and nurture that lead to become an opportunity. Take identified builder opportunities and work towards converting them to active members of the CBUSA Network. Utilize communication and relationship skills to outlay value of membership to opportunities moving them forward to membership
- Determine the required critical mass for the prospective chapter and develop a critical mass of members in both numbers and collective start volume to establish an active chapter of CBUSA. Foster relationships amongst the prospective members and build the foundation for a strong network to support the launch and growth of a new CBUSA Chapter. Demonstrate the value of membership in CBUSA through presentation of cost saving and rebate analysis in key categories of supply.
- Willingness to travel regularly to the prospective market(s). Travel may be as frequent as 2-3 days per week on an average of 3 weeks per month. Travel will include setting and conducting in-person meetings, both one to one and group settings. Travel will include after normal work hours events. All to promote CBUSA and the benefits of membership.
