Since we often have a full house, high demands are placed on us, both in terms of development in the form of new construction projects, ongoing maintenance on the property, and to be able to handle the challenges that suddenly arise, - what needs to be fixed and handled here and now for guests to have a world-class experience when they are with us.
We are looking for a janitor/operations technician in an 80% seasonal position for our maintenance team.
We are looking for you who are a multitasker and who love a fast pace in everyday life. You are solution-oriented and never say that something is impossible, but you see challenges as an opportunity to be able to find new solutions.
Your role means that you are responsible for the facility’s internal and external environment. You work systematically with maintenance work of hotel rooms and common areas. The department currently has 3 employees.

As a janitor/operations technician (Maintenance), you will, among other things:

• Carry out ongoing maintenance at the hotel (and staff housing if needed)
• Carry out maintenance and repairs of furniture and machinery in-house or enlist the help of an external party.
• Role model and culture bearer - after ESS

You are an important part of the entire business and collaborate with all departments in the house to help us deliver the best guest experiences. Your everyday life will consist of work in the company in various areas where your hands and knowledge are needed.
We are looking for someone who is good at planning and structure, and who loves an active job. We would like you to have knowledge and experience in the technical operation of buildings; Maybe you have a background as a carpenter, construction operator, in plumbing or ventilation?
