What You’ll Do:
As our New Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our clinic, responsible for:
- Welcoming new patients with a smile and helping them feel at ease.
- Conducting an office tour during the initial consultation to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Educating patients about treatment options, insurance, and payment plans.
- Working closely with our team to maintain smooth communication and scheduling.
- Maintaining a great relationship with our referring dental offices.
