We are looking for a New Product Industrialization Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor degree in mechanical or chemical Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

Entry level/graduate level

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination for the implementation of new product specifications into a new tire design
  • Introduction and product industrialization of new tire designs into the tire production process
  • Process Management and controlling for continuous improvements:
  • To make sure that new tires do not bring unnecessary complexity to the plant
  • Provide assistance on waste reduction activities
  • Process improvement in terms of safety, environment and productivity
  • Manufacturing support in receiving and implementing newly developed tires, individual buildwires and plant transfers
  • Tire testing and monitoring activities and responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of cure efficiency and integrity programs
  • Analyze irregular cure tires, run thermocouple and blow point tests; monitor tires gauges
  • Improve and maintain curing process control systems
  • Ensure compliance to all legal, regulatory and company standards for cure control
