WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Define, validate and manage Commercial & Service requirements for the Services & Commercial team across the E+ES organization for the Construction Industries Product Groups.
  • Work in collaboration with Product Groups & Marketing teams to understand target markets from a Services perspective, understand the voice of the customer, support customer journey mapping to support the end-to-end service requirements development.
  • Prepare & present program related material in NPI project meetings including Gateway/Stakeholder reviews.
  • Implement & lead governance processes with the Construction Industries groups to support go-to-market activities & service requirements.
  • Act as the key integration point for Construction Industries programs for the Services & Commercial team.
  • Lead any continuous improvement projects in this area.
  • Understand the technical elements of the product to help define service requirements.
